Yer, add windows and some more stuff outside to make it look busy. Maybe people, cars, a quick road etc. 7/10

Um, add windows, take away black lines around building and replace with lighter shade, inside the windows make them blueish with visable furniture, maybe make a brick texture around the building? :]
