Ermm, I spoke to Herald and my crest is Dragon?
What do I have to do ?

Take a steel and rune shield to a shield easel and make a shield, also do the same with rune full helm.

Well people I don't know why but people usually say they go places & they have to have that to go & get the crest lol :S

yes my family crest is a dragon, & then I went to make the helmet & sheild

You already have it, its not an item. Just ploom your helm or paint your sheild and it will autmaticly Do it in your crest colours.
