I've been banned for that too.. I stood on a square and went AFK to watch soccer and I come back banned for blocking users. Only weird part is that I was standing in a legit position, like sitting down.

Yes, get a ban for standing in a room! It's happened to me, i was standing in a room, with my friends, they swore - i didn't though, but i was still banned along with them..? Because the reporter included my name, the Moderator probably didn't even check the chatlogs and went to conclusions.:rolleyes:

Why do you all assume the moderators are slack when it comes to reports?

If you really don't agree with a ban, appeal it via the help tool. If it's a short ban, then get the hell over it.

When you appeal it takes forever to reply, its alot easier to email Redtiz/Emma Monks. I won't give her email out for obivous reasons but it seems pretty obivous what it is. But even when I emailed her about my IP ban for 'Account Sharing' I got, she wouldn't unban my Habbo, only my IP. (Even though I wasn't account sharing.)

But, sorry to hear about your ban.

But generally if it's an unfair ban, it gets unbanned. Not always, because it would be near impossible to ban the right people all the time, and never ban an innocent person.

But if you did do the wrong thing, don't whinge about it.

Yeah, more often that not you get unbanned, just saying sometimes they do mess up. By the looks of it his was only a 2 hour ban, it isn't the end of the world dude.

Well I don't know about any other hotels, but the Australian Hotel ones do their job well, and on top of that are friendly.

And that's an honest opinion, not the usual "they banned me unfairly!", because I've received multiple perms.

i got banned for the same thing i was sitting down (in my own room ) Next to my best friend He Swore While i was afk And i came back with ban but in respect for mods i used habbo help tool and i got unbanned :D

You wont get one of these dude. MODs are told that if they are chatting all the time they are not fully consentrating on there job. that why most of them dont talk to you.

Precisely, thus, they are not good at their job. A Moderator has to actually bother reading the whole story rather than blindly banning someone, take calls rather than sitting there and help properly with the correct facts.

If they were an armed Police Officer and they saw an elderly woman through a window holding a walking stick in her hand like a shotgun, they would randomly shoot her to death, when she was actually pointing out something with it in an odd way.

NOTE: I sure hope I haven't given them any ideas for a new job career, especially the ones that ban without reading the whole story of an incident

Yeah, like when I got Shockwave ID banned for "Advertising SCRIPTING Websites", I claimed to them I did not say anything in the form of a URL ending: ".co.uk, com, etc." which means if I SAID something about one, I didn't ADVERTISE one... im back anyway

I did that too when I was banned for "swearing" After her checking up on it she replied almost immidiately telling me she made the ban an "error" She's also been great when I was being harassed, Spoke through the necessary steps with me, offered me loads and permed the guy harassing me :)

This is getting silly now. It's happened numourous times to me - Habbo Moderators are banning people under the reporters request without investigating the situation. It's become so bad people are reciving permanent bans for no reason. Like I; banned for asking other Habbos for their passwords when I never even mentioned such a thing. And it doesn't help from the idiots behind the Habbo Help Tool don't bother doing their job and responding to your submissions.
