Okay, i've just got a radio server but I don't know how to put it on a site and I don't know how to install a DJ Panel onto my site. Can anybody help me? +Rep for people who can.

You radio details, such as www.yoursite.com:1000 < your port to your radio

Right i've got it on my site but now how do i connect it when i press connect it doesnt.

Enter your address (which may be an IP or a URL) and Port (the 4 digit number at the end of your address) where it says in caps. make sure you keep the http:// in.
