How to get 41 ranged to 50 - HELP!?

I got 41 ranged, got 1k bronze arrows and want to get 50 ranged.

Wheres the best places to train, IM currently using the monks at The Prayer Monstry.

My Combat is 62...
And yes im members.

Do temple of Ikov you get quite a bit of xp

I got 47 ranged. Training at the "Experiments" In Canifis Or w.e, Apprently Good XP?

If you have done waterfall quest you can fight loads of fire gaints! They are lvl 86? I think. You just like stand behinde this table then only you can att then and you don't lose any hp =]

Experiments if youve done prince of perill*(Spelling :P) 100hp or rock crabs at relikka* they have 50hp

Got 49 Ranged Now. Need 9K Xp. Need more arrows.. Anyone got enough to get 9kxp [Bronze]!

Shall i just tele to varrock and buy some steel and train on guards?
