anyone else here do body building? i started recently and ive found this drink that you can make, it has almost as much protein (which ur body uses to produce muscle) as a real protein drink.
ok, get ready coz it doesnt sound very nice...
1 handful of ice cubes
half pint of milk
some fruit (your choise)
6 raw eggs (with no yolk)
and some peanut butter can be added - yes. thats discusting... but good for you :)
and then blend it all together. without the peanut butter is actually quite nice.

Yer, I bodybuild but 6 raw eggs can cause selmenella, which can kill, so I'd rather have the proper protein.

protien drink taste horrible :S at least with this you can make your own flavours, like strawberry + banana etc.
yes the yolk is the yellow part... the part that would have been a chick :)
You do realise that these protein shakes or drinks is basically powdered eggs or milk or other products made with eggs :s
At least this alternative is better as you can make it as you like it. I would probably feel bad wasting the egg white.
Plus I am not a body builder I just need my upper body strength in tone for my work now. So I stick to a portion of meat and cheese a day.
