use bars but the ones that u would use on habbo and actually put him in jail because if hes on grass hes free!

Use gravel or sand.

Perhaps wrap the chain around his leg? And don't use bars, as the Habbo wouldn't be clear to see.

Looks good make him on sand I think. Also I reckon you should put like a chain around his leg so the ball and chain are attached visibly
