Agreed. I now have a rough idea of what I want, but you'll have to be good at the following;

- Pixel Art
- Php/Html
- Possibly Javascript

I want a drop down menu, and have a design which you can use as a rough guide. I don't want to give the layout out though, so I need some previous examples of your work to see if I think you'd be able to do my layout. If I think you qualify, I'll PM you the layout...
