Uhmmm Well, I aint a great designer so you dont need to take this :P
The white background does nothing for me, Maybe gradients and i know you lost PSD :P It needs something unique added to it, Yes the banner is unique but something else that will just make me go :o

If that is any good to you then good luck :)

Needs gradients or something, probably a nicer font too, just looks a bit cheap and rushed atm.
