One paragraph to summerise your post:

"You must not sell any Habbo furniture for real life money as it is against the Habbo Hotel Terms & Conditions. Any account that is seen attempting to sell or is actively selling Habbo furniture will be banned permanently from Habbo Hotel by a member of our moderation team. This is outlined in the passage below taken from our Terms & Conditions"

"1.8 The User may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from the Website. Technically, no they can't.

The furniture is not the auctioners property to sell in the first place and therefore no one has the right to buy it anyway. But of course, people do buy of ebay and yes it is his fault if he gets scams and ends up losing money all for a pixel throne.

ok then...

well i'd only ever buy thrones off ebay IF they were going for stupid, stupid prices (Eg Six/Seven Quid).. and that hasn't happened for years.

btw - i only bought like two. for a fiver each.
