What creature (where basically) is best to train magic at?

And what cast should i use (45 below)

and.. uhh... any level 50-80s where you can't get attacked.

You're 45, how about you Camelot teleport untill 55 (Around 2k laws). Only requires clicking.
Unless you arent a member...

Dont buy laws. Kill lesser demons down in a dungeon somewhere, the drops arent that bad either.

Lesser in Wizards Tower = crowded from my experience.

Probably Aubury by the bank in Varrock.

I suppose you could Train on "Experiments" Lvl 25 they almost usally hit 0's
and 400xp per kill, You need to start the Creature of frankinstein quest and go a bit east from the mansion til you get some to graves, Then "Push Grave" And you will go into the Dungon.
