You can get programs where you can actually ring people on your computer. Easier to record then.

Yeh skype :) But you need to have credit on your skype to ring numbers from skype.

Skype would be easiest i imagine, with a recorded, i reccomend audacity personally. Audacity is also good for recording things on the internet, however you should nick copyrighted things ;)
