I like the idea of having a home page for the actual forum, can take some getting used to but thats ok. Nice idea!

It looks good but it looks all cramped up aswell.

I think the blue spoils it.

You should make it just one consistant colour, changing the hue and brightness from time to time. The green is great.

The forum/site layout is pretty good and habbomeadow is surely in for contention for being an official site.
