Hey i have just brought the domain http://www.dezlabs.com and i want you opion on it so far.

I am Also looking for staff (web desingers). When we get a request i choose which person will handel it best and they make, i get %10.

It seem as if you are a noob who has only jsut found the blending options tools.
Many noobs do it.
I also dont like the 'WIP' layout - Its just not clean enough
