Where can i get a free back up system e.g if i lose all my stuff in my reseller i have it all backed up?

You could write something, so it sends a zip to a email / ftp server. Using PHP and cron jobs.

Liek He Said. Just SaveIt All Onto Your Computer. Possibly Even Put It On Disc..... Its the Sensible THing To Do..
