UserGroups > Add a New usergroup > Username HTML Markup > enter the HTML colour code for example read would be <font color="Red> in the first box, in the second box you put the end tag which is </font> :)

just go to admin cp >> search user >>> edit user group >> if the colour isnt set then make a new user group

Usergroups > Usergroup manager > Choose which usergroup, "Edit usergroup" >
Username HTML Markup
(Specify an opening and closing HTML tag with which to display the names of users in this group. This applies to names that appear on Logged-in Users, Who's Online, Users Browsing Forum, Users Browsing Thread, Posts, Member List etc.) > Enter HTML (Example - <font color=Pink><b></b></font>)
Yeah thanks, iv actually done all the work on forum,
thats what friends are for.
And who cares if we dn't no how to use the Admin CP :S
