Reward Showcase, help please

On some forums they have a reward showcase

e.g if you do 200 posts you get a badge

how do i do this?

I'm guessing you're talking about Yet another awards system, It is a modification and it can be found here; http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=94836&highlight=Awards

You'll need to be registered on that forum using the email you bought the vBulletin with. :)
