dont use a pixel font in the content, use a standard font.
Smooth the banner font, looks a little pixelated
Try and lighten the background
The overall theme is more of a clan as it is dark, most hosts are white and vibrant welcomeing customers
Try and move away from the same "box design" and try something unique
Brighten the headings' colour
The banner should be in relation to the actual design, I dont understand those dials? Filling the space?
Try and include a logo

umm i believe Arial Black IS a standard font
EDIT; dont look at banner, thats always just somthing quick to show were ur banner would come

I'm not sure that was ment to be intentionally sarcastic, but I did state the content which is not arial, itis a custom pixel font. I would agree on the navigation and banner being arial.

Your designs are all OK.

They are, in all respect, in no means perfect. The resemble others of your too much. They are too dark, too ameture style, and take too much inspiration from each other.

I did that for a long long time. I made about 20 layouts that were all very similar to another. It made my progress go very slowly, and even set me back a bit.

I would surjest looking at a very good designs portfolio (not like anyone on this forum, I mean very pro) and look at their layout twice, take a screenshot, steal some colours, made a drawing on paper, then make it yourself. It really helps. Then when you look back at yours anmd the pro one, it shows what you can achieve, but how much more you need to work on it
