Interesting idea about the lerts and the bookcases arent meant to be factorys , theyre skyscrapers xD

try to flat stack a broken house with a single seasional candle :]
you will ahve to do it at the edge and remove part of the road whilst you stack though.

Great room, no improvements that I can see XD

How long did it take you to get all of the BW skyline posters!?

i meant turn some of them into factoryes

Ah now thats a question
In total the room took 11 days and about 6 hours to complete, spent a day getting the gingerbread houses, spent another day getting mode bookcases and half the black rugs, spent another day getting the random other stuff, (bonsais, lamps, cans etc)
The rest was spent on the bw skyline posters so thats about 8 days in various different shops and trade rooms xD

Edit: The idea is that its a modern city/suburb rather than an industrial estate
and im pretty sure my residents wouldnt appreciate the pollution :P

rofl ye fair point
afterall whats a mini community without security, ill play around with some of my lerts and see what i can come up with
as for pollution, im trying to keep it carbon emission free xD

which also means the 'police cars' will have to be either electro cars or hydrogen powered, lol :P

Did you manage to locate a eaten ginger bread hosue and single candle?
i think if the effect looks like a burning house it'll be the icing on the cake :]

Nick-
14-06-2006, 07:59 PM
Unfortunately, no :(
I remember seeing plenty in various shops though so i can always just pick up one there
ill get to it once the the income has started to come back from my shop, lol

Little red lerts for fire engines, white ones for ambulances and blue ones for coppers xD

Excuse the double post but i added the cans to the last building and ive had a play around with some lerts and they dont look too bad actually, its tempting to do a little police chase snapshot but ill need to find something to represent a theif car...
ty for the comments everyone :D

I think it looks good already, I think some people are being too ambitious about the ambulances, police cars, houses on fire, hospital, LOL :P 10/10. +Rep.

Nick-

Point taken, that was originally how i was when i first opened it, but ill still see what i can do

TRÈS BIEN! It's lovely :p Better than I could do. Approximately how much did it cost you to make? (sorry if this has been answered already)

Nick-
16-06-2006, 03:44 PM
Christ thats a tall order, gimme a minute and ill add it all up...

According to what ive added up its worth approximately 923 creds, give or take, i may have missed or added some doormats, lol

Not entirely sure how much i paid for it but i offered profit for a lot of the items i bought :P
