Girlie question

What can i do to make period pains go or less painful? I've taken some nurofen and it worked for like 5 minutes. I'm desperate as they seem to be getting worse :'(

Ohh i hate period pains "/ Try a hot water bottle and lieing down? I also found drinking a lot of water helps me.. Hope they ease <3

If no painkillers work, I tend to find that puttin a warm (not too hot) hot water bottle on your stomach actually helps. Its not too convienient for summer or if you wanna go out, but if you have the time to just sit then it helps numb the pain :)

umm u could go on the pill can help lighten them and help with period pains also they heat pads or a massage thingy it might help,
if not ley n the floor with a pillow then hot water bottle

And @Curse, i don't think i can take any more pills yet due to the fact i've already took some. I gotta wait a bit longer. I dont know what else to suggest, i havent had mine for a few months and when did i usually just tried to keep my stomach warm. Maybe see you doctor if they are too painful?

I'd go see the doctor. sounds like they're really heavy, doctors may suggest using the pill as they ease/slow them down :(

Yea i would go to the doctor. I doubt he would do an internal exam or anything but if he did its for the best.
