Will I be able to get my job back in the Rare values department?
If you want me to say sorry or whatever then fine - I'm sorry;
But I want the job back and I just wondered if ill be able to have my job back if I ask for it or post values in the appropriate section.
Do I have any chance of getting it back...?
I don't mind as much about the Mod and HD Staff postitions but I do want this job back.
If I have to I will hold my tongue but saying how I feel is just the way I am.
If I must hold my tongue im holding it.

You were obviously fired for a reason and you may or may not come back depending on what the Site Manager thinks. I think there's also a one month quota to make sure you've learned your lesson. But I think I should say that ridiculing the decision publicly as you do in your signature and other places will definitely not help your cause. Also, if Freak says no it might also be smart not to start rebelling because in the future you might (I can't promise anything) be reconsidered. Either way I think it'll help your cause if you show them you can behave instead of just promising it as well ;)
