My friends [warriorluc] got one whilst killing lessers and asked me to do it for him, you will need, atleast 20 pieces of good food, blood or death runes, the ability to do protect from magic and 1 prayer potion, you're not allowed to wear armour or weild a weapon so mage is the only option.

NOTE: It's not ordinary lesser, it hits constant 15's with mage so you can't snare it.
