http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/HCImperialTeleportSetST.gif1.5 - Down - These are very hard to sell for 2 Hcs now. Linking Imps usually sell at 1.5 as more are coming out through Habbo Club. Seen 5 times.

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/HCMajesticChairST.gif3.6 - Down - The Majestic is DEFINATELY going down. Some people say they have seen them go for 4.5, but I haven't seen it sell for this price in a long time. People add a snowglobe to the majestic to get their 4 hcs. Seen 3 times - all in Sukias trading room.

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/HolidayRomanceST.gif5.0 - Up - These are probably one of the hardest rares to find. Seen once in a rare furni shop.
