OK, my first set of official reports are upcoming. I've been around from shop to shop asking about how much people want for certain Rares. NOTE: All prices seen do not include profit.
Current value changes . . .
The Terrocotta Pillar has been valued from 1 to 1.5 CS.
It's current value is 1.5 CS.
The Festive Fan is being sold for 1.2 to 1.4 CS. It's valued now at 1.3 CS by most shop traders with one. The fans are rather Rare now.
Orange Para has raised from 3 CS to 4 CS
Yellow Para, Purple Para and Green Para have all raised by 0.5 CS. All three were worth 1.0 CS and are now selling at 1.5 CS.
Bird Baths now have unstable prices. Some people are selling them at the values according to Habbox (Green = 7.5 CS Silver = 11 CS) although some are selling them for more or less than their official value. I personally advise, do not pay more than 8.5 CS for a Green, or 12 CS for a Silver. If you do, your being ripped off.
Red Dragon has now raised from 1.5 CS to 1.7 CS. Now most Habbos are selling Red Dragons for 2 CS
