I used my Jerk <--> English dictionary and deciphered this:

"Shanka the Legend is a roleplaying game (RPG) and on Habbo it was first created by a Habbo named Two. Shanka the Legend has returned to Habbo but a different Habbo has created it, who is named Agent_A (can you have underscores in names still?).

The poster, Psy, thinks that it will all be open and ready by next week, seeing as 23 rooms have been made already. If you do not know how to RolePlay, you may contact him."

Ok so now we know what the hell it's all about, let's discuss. Even though I can see why Psy has put it in this forum (after all nobody said it had to be official hotel news and rumours only), I think this is probably for the publicity just so people will visit the rooms/RPG.
