On my paypal account, I have about $32. I had planned on using it for runescape membership, but, since it is unverified, I was unable to. My bank account does not work with paypal, nor do I have a cc, so I cannot verify it. Thus, the money is sorta sitting there uselessly.
So...I decided I could try and trade this for runescape cash. First off, I don't know if this is allowed, though I would think so, since it's sorta like buying members. Secondly, I don't know if I can send the money to people if I'm unverified. If I could, that would be an easy way to trade the money, but if not, then the only way to do so would be for me to trade account with the money on it, which, again, I'm not sure if that is allowed. Before I'm going to sell this, I would like to know if it is allowed, etc.
