Need a layout [Pay]

Yeah I need a layout to my specification. I can pay in Habbo furniture and/or Rep[14 rep power; 10reps=140 rep]. It doesn't need to be coded but if it is I need it in iFrames. Please post / PM(preferably) me and we will discuss what I want on my layout and how much you want in return for pay. Thanks!:D
