Haha my dad has a jar too! He gets them free. He goes into coffee shops like Dunkin Donuts and takes a handful of splenda home. Roflmao.

Organized. Its not spam. Im stating my joy of Splenda! :D Its actually made from sugar but its a sweetener but it has a weeeeeee bit of sugar. Less than 1 gram in every packet. :D So you wont have to deal with alll the guilt of putting sugar in your drinks or food! :)

i still eat out of the sugar jar with a tea spoon to this day soz. splenda melts to quickly so normal sugar owns soz

Remember, there are many sugars and they're all not "sweet".
I think the only sugars we need are:


monosaccharides (such as glucose and fructose), disaccharides (such as sucrose and lactose), oligosaccharides, and polysaccharides (such as starch, glycogen, and cellulose).

Splenda and others like saccharine are bad because they affect body cells which will result in cancer and other mutagenous diseases (for goodness sake it contains chlorine atoms!). (also they are artificially made so who knows that they use (such as how ritalin is only a few molecules away from being crack *******))
