iframes are good if you dont want the page to scroll. i dont like them much. they much up in some browsers
expandable tables are better IMO, because i think it looks better. It's also easy for people who do not know how to use Iframes.
Is the because I showed you my layout? ;)
Tell me, can you code expandable menu and content as i cant so id say iframes ?

All tables are expandable :s useless you use width and height?
I mean, like it pulls a layout down making gaping spaces where the main was.

you mean if you add extra content in a 'box' any other 'box' which is near the content box gets larger too even without extra text.
Now ill tell you what i do.
Slice in adobe top bottom and a middle section on a menu and content area's
Save for web, open it up in dreamweaver, delete the main section of the content/menu box and set by as the image to repeat then make a table inside thats all good but, then when i do this with the other content box and type to much it pulls both down ??
