how to you make a vbulletin forum

can any1 tell me how to get vbulletin as im creating a site and need a forum can any1 help

You need to buy one off http://www.vbulletin.com/ they cost about £43 for a forum for one year. Or you could pay around 3-5 thrones for one off other members on this forum. If you buy one off other members I would go 2nd and get some one to check it is legal.
