Wht would be better to get Magic Xp from lvl 40+,

Fire strike or bolt, even though bolt would cost more..?

Depends how much money you have.

Enough to waste on Chaos Runes, use Bolt

Not enough for Chaos, use Strike.


Or the cheaper option of splash training with curse, weaken etc.
