Vambraces dont sell for that amount the hides do and not many people buy hides and its best to alch yew longs.

I found out the other day, Rune Longs are good to Alch.

Buy a Long for 15k, not for 300GP, Alch it for around 19k

and a few people sell Rune Longs 15k ea :P
