Moving an IPB 1.3

Ive moved my IPB 1.3, but theres errors.

What files do I need to change? I am keeping the databases etc, and ive moved them over but the files are directed to my old database details.

What files do I need to change do that it works like before

Ive needed that file about 4 times now for things lke this
