I think it mite be a glitch but i dunno. But i see people with HC Gold and the badge does sparkle and some peoples do. Anybody else notcied that?
Or is it just me?

Apperantly, its if 24 Months it sparkles, 12 it don't, But im not sure!

Thats not true. Iam on about 15 months and mine sparkles:). I think you have to watch the badge for a few seconds before it sparkles.

If you have your badge ON the other persons WILL sparkle, if you have your badge OFF their badge WON'T sparkle.

What if the other person is non-hc though, they haven't got a badge, so does the gold badge sparkle for them or not?

No idea. You'll have to check that out, but I asume it sparkles.

Completly right, also if your a non hc you will see it sparkle anyway.
