hmm i fort you had to pay but i would reconmend VB it's better but ibp is easy intell ect.

I always thought that IPB 1.3 was free if it was included winthin your control panel.

I got it not from IPB site.

I think there was a corruption in the data.

Not sure tho.

In IPS' Emails it doesnt say IPB 1.3 but when i emailed them that was what i was talking about... If you want to see what i wrote to them i would see if you can find the old thread...
