Oo, take extra pens and stuff. And take a drink incase you get thristy. Pee before you go in, as you might not be able to go during the exam. Revise, and get plenty of sleep. You should do great.

Don't panick
Remember where you are sitting
Have about 5 pens with you
Make sure calculator is working (if needed)
Take a bottle of water with you (helps you think)
Be glad once its over :)

Another one, is when you've finished check it over, make sure you've answered everything and that your sure what you have put is okay. Also, maybe check the exam first when you start instead of doing it staight away, that way you'll know whats coming and it gives you think to think about it instead of being put on the spot when you see it.
If you catch my drift. ;)

When revising:
-Revise plenty of time in advance
-Revise in 20/30 minute slots, having a break between them
-Reward yourself after revising by watching tv/going on the internet or something
-Rather than just reading, make notes, do quizzes and stuff
-There is no excuse for revising on a friday night! Go out and have fun!
-On the night before, DO NOT stay up all night revising. Go to bed, and get a good nights sleep, so you can concentrate better in the exam
During the exam:
-Bring water (especially if it's a hot day)
-Bring spare pens
-Bring a calculator if you need one, and check that it works!
-DO NOT BRING A MOBILE PHONE INTO THE EXAM ROOM!!!!! If it goes off, you could be disqualified from ALL your exams.
-If you get stuck on a question, leave it, and go to the next question
-Once you've finished, go back and try to answer those that you skipped
-Answer EVERY question, even if it's just a guess
-Check your answers once you've finished
And finally, good luck! :)

Blimey, I've finished all my GCSE's ^_^
Main tips:
- Have a shave, s**t and shower before going in, that way you don't have to worry about anything.
- Stay calm, remember that you don't need full marks (or anywhere near on some exams) to get a decent grade.
- Don't look around you at other people in the exam. Aside from being something that a really strict teacher might throw you out for, it'll only make you nervous.
- If the exam gives you options of what questions to do (I know RE and History do) then check them all before deciding, and the best way to decide is to not do the ones you don't know, rather than picking a question where you know a lot on part of it.
- Don't beat yourself into revising if you're really not in the mood for it. It won't help you.
Mostly just relax. If you're going on to college after high school then your GCSE grades won't count for anything once you're in, it'll all be about A levels.

Heres a good one.
Put a "-" next to the questions you know.
"o" near the questions you dont know.
It helps alot and you get all the marks you can achieve. Then at the end do the questions with the "o".
Spend about 10 minuites skimming pages and putting "-" and "o"'s near questions!
Works a treat!

go through the important stuff just before your exam ^^
keep it fresh in your memory.
it also helps when you revise for atleast 1 hour a night for over a week.

Lol xP atleast it worked [;
Possibly abit too late for this, but make sure revision begins around eight weeks before the exam. Last minute revision will do you no good.
People often say make sure you have an early night, get good quality sleep the night before. They are right, nevertheless the good quality sleep should start around a week before the exams, otherwise the sleep you get the night before will follow your body's normal routines: which may be staying up until very late.
Once again, eating habits should not just be changed especially for that day; as it will take no effect. It is best to start eating "brain food" a couple of days before; don't binge, try to eat fish and carbohydrates (not excessively). Make sure you get a good breakfast the morning before and in the few days run up to the exam drink plenty of water.
The most important thing however, is not to get worked up. Don't start panicking and stay calm, otherwise overactive chemicals interfere with your memory.
Good luck! Wow... this is my 100th post!
Suddenly I have just realised that he has already taken his exams, so let me just say this advice is general and for anyone that wants to use it. In future I am going to try not to be lazy and I will read the whole thread!
