Setting up a SHOUTcast server

I know nobody really does this anymore because it is so cheap but I would like to set up a SHOUTcast server on my web site and have it hosted on the internet. I have read through stuff but it all talks about setting it up on a computer.
If anyone can tell me or acctually set one up for me I will give rep + cpanel x 500 mb space and 2 gig bandwidth hosting.

You need a shell account. Im presuming youll have a shared account so you cant do it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you use castcontrol (http://www.cast-control.net) as a server and stuff aswell?

Thats just the control panel for the server.

Is it possible to do Organised's SHOUTcast tutorial without shell. Like do all that manually?
