Right OK Guys This is How You Do It
Firstly get your mum and dad to set up a small current account aside of their bigger account and put some money in that account (AROUND A TENNER)
Next get a credit card from a company that lets you have 1 if your under 16
Next go to paypal via www.paypal.com (http://www.paypal.com) and sign up, they dont ask for your age i dont think.
Enter your bank details that you set up and a credit card. This will be the start of the verify process of your account
Now paypal will put two small amounts of money into your bank account, (usually around 21p + 11p)After 4 days check your bank account and then go on to paypal and submit the 2 amounts, this is step 1 of the verify process
Next step is to use your phone to get verified. Enter your home number and then click go and 1 minute later your fone will ring and a woman from america will speak to you and ask you something, follow the instructions and then your account will be verified
There is one more step but i cant remember wot that is.
if you found my tutorial good and if you need anymore help please contact me or pm me,

It's quite a good tutorial but very vague.

The fact you can't remember the last step kinda lets it down and it's slightly incorrect. You can't get a credit card under 16, only a debit.

It's a good tutorial, it just needs to be put together better.

You can't get a credit card, it has to be debit.

That could kinda be summed up in.

Go to paypal. Sign up. Follow instructions provided.

You dont even need to verifie it with a real bank account to use it as long as your not planning on spending exssessevly on it "/

i fnd it kinda weird that a woman needs to phone you.

and it kinda doesnt make sense to do this if its like 5 years old and you forgot the last step.

You dont need a card added to the account,I haven't! I just use it for cash that I receive from services/selling things etc. And that way if I ever need to pay with paypal it's not coming out of my bank.

I agree with Mentor,it is easily done by going to www.paypal.com and just following the steps and entering details etc.
