Ask yourself do you see yourself in a relationship together
Do you see it working
And do you think it's a good idea.
'Cos i just wanna say one thing : Follow your heart and do what you think is best.
Hope this helps :D And Good Luck ;)

Well if she flirts with you there is a good chance that she likes you as well
but i see your problem as she is a really good friend. Would you have a friend that knows her as well that would keep quiet if you tried to find out?
If not, maybe. ask her if there is a chance you could be more than friends but say it doesn't matter if not cos you value her friendship more. I hope it all goes well.:)

Ask her if she thinks you'd ever work out ? See what she thinks.
That'll make her know your interested and you'll thinkg of her :D

You need to have a hard think. Is it worth risking it?
Take a good look at your 'friendship' currently, and decide whether infact it only is friendship or if it might be more. If you have even a small incline that it may be more than friendship, then why not go for it? The worst she can do is say no...
However, like you say you are close friends and it could ruin it, but if you two are really good enough friends, it shouldn't effect your friendship, and just look back on it later in life at something to have a giggle at.
