well if you see cloud that you will see that everything is very dark that he weares so...

that is not the problem of shading :s thats just because he is dark to :s

Try and vary your shades of blacks, the hair like a few alterations I've seen recently, they just seem to let it down... Meh, but it's decent. 7/10.

Sure, in your alteration, it looks like you've used 2 - 3 shades of black, try and use more to stand out certain parts, gloves, etc...
