Im not sure but i think if you put that in a .php file on ure server then go to it, it should show the uptime, disk usage, CPU information, memory usage, disk usage and system information for your server.

yeh i got that and it shows server statistics n stuff

That just shows you the server info the other one whos you the uptime ect,
