how to upload content to ur host

Well you can add the content to index.html on dreamweaver or something then upload that :P but he might not have it that's why i said cPanel

right i think your FTP account only has access to..

www.yoursite.com/yourftpaccount

instead of having access to the full website.

Ask your manager/owner/host who ever controls 'FTP' to recreate the account and as folder name palce "/" in, nothing eles.

so it would be..

FTP Username: [email protected]
FTP Password: yourftppassword
FTP Url: ftp.yoursite.domain
FTP Folder: www.yoursite.domain/

If oyu enter anything in the 'folder name' you will not have access to the full website only to that folder so no one will able to see the content unless you link them to the folder such as

www.yoursite.domain/ftpname

my old school had rm. when you login unplug the network/internet when its loading your personal settings then you get all the admin tools.

To start of with by the sounds of it you sound like an 11 year old child that isn't a cuss, it's just pointing out a fact.

I happen to know jaimie very well infact he's one of my best mates (Bondie)
And i don't know what the **** you are doing saying he scams people he sent me the layout with all the coding on, we have screenies, and one other thing i wanna know is how the **** can it be fake i donno how you can code a fake layout.

If your in FTP. Check theres no public_html or WWW folder as if there is, there the places you need to put visable content
