Hey I know people here in the US can tell win someone is foriegn and so on. Well I was wondering if it is easy for people in different countries to tell whether people are American or not easily.

When the beta stages of habbo hotel.com were in effect, the program read the IP address of the computer trying to connect with the habbo servers. If it's point of origin was not in the USA, then you would not be able to log on. That is why people used proxyone or some other IP blocking service so that the habbo servers would not be able to detect where they are from. To tell if they're american or not, you'd need their IP address, and people don't just go around giving them out ;)

>.< I think maybe he was talking about accents :o If you meant that, then I think it'd be as easy as it is for you to spot someone with a different accent as it is for them to. It's a pretty easy accent to recognize...
