I don't see why trading for paypal is different from trading for rune, if caught on rune it's a perm ban, lol.

If it was legal I'd probaly buy VIA Paypal RS items 20.00 CND per mill not going first. But not legal :P

I've talked it over with my mother and I can use my birthday money buying runescape millions\thrones. Yet its not legal on here so ignore post.
