Not necessarily true.
Businesses can advertise an open position internally, rather than externally. Meaning they look for someone from within the business to fill a newly opened role, rather than someone outside the business.

They could have done both, one or the other, we'll never know really.

I'd like LW to be HM for a long period. He seems good at it, and is definately a hit with the Habbos. If he was staying in the position, it'd be nice to see him keep up his standards. My only criticism though is that he uses images rather than HTML when he produces tables for events and what not. I assume it's him. >_<

0rca seems to be good too. I've heard some positive things about her already while roaming around the Hotel.
