I don't really like the 'HabboHut FM' logo tbh.
But the layout is great! Awesome for your first ever layout.

Oh, once more thing. I don't like the colors of the navigation buttons. :)
But once again it looks great. I hate the current HabboHut layout.

Colors:
Yellow - Comment/Reccomendation
Red - Misleading
Green - Very Cool
Blue - Needs to be edited/fixed

Reccomendations:

Dj Ads - Remove Dj Ads for Djs that have left
Content Bars - Make them animated (moving to the right)
Radio Player - Have iTunes, Winamp, et cetera options
HabboHut logo - Cooler, different font
Disco Sign - Have a php rotator with all types of furniture

Hmmmm, the nav buttons could be a lighter orange or possibly cream, with black or dark orange writing. Hopefully it looks like what I am thinking :P
