I watched most of the videos on youtube, and some are really creepy. Like when he gets the coin out of his arm, and the needles on the thread from his belly button. Those ones can't be fake, but some of them seem it.

Edit; With the fire one, that has to be real as his mom stands there saying stuff, like put him out and crap. She wouldn't do that if it was fake would she? And even if she was just acting, she does seem to be really scared and upset.
