Got a 2hour ban, 4 hours later, I'm still not unbanned? :/

Well if you looked on the Help Tool, it will tell you the date that your account is banned till. So therefore if it said 2 hours you will be unbanned in 2 hours. Or if its a perm ban it's about 7 years I think.

You should check before you email in as you will be probs waisting your time and theirs.

When i asked for a safety ban it took about a month calling the habbo offices untill they answerd and then told me they would get back to me.
all that time just to click a button:s

Yeh my safety ban lasted 7 weeks, even with constant ringing up the offices, eventually they replied to me using the phone not email.. But supposidly all thats fixed and they have many more staff memebers in Player Support with the help tool.
