Buy like 20k bronze arrows costing around 300k then train at the combat trainning camp (if you have access). There are about 6 ogres in a cage, dont bother picking the arrows up, wastes time/xp.

He probably wants to keep 1 prayer if he's a pure. Thats the only reason I aint training on experiments.

In a long time. Rock crabs are twice as fast, you get 400+xp per 2.

Complete the biohazard quest and you will have access to King Lathas's training grounds. There are some ogres in a caged area and you can range on them (and also pick up their bones for prayer)

I just got 70 range and i used iron knives in the ogre training camp until level 68 range and then i did pest control all the way to 70.

1k bronze is 6k so it will cost 60k =] (6gp per bronze is shop price - some people mech em :))
