Secondly, I think Sulake are cleverer than that than to leave staff accounts with people knowing the passwords.

Evolution is correct, NO STAFF have the staff catalogue, Furniture is now purchase via Housekeeping.

Valid point, though as Marc and Evolution are saying, all staff have no access to staff catalogue which would only mean its either Housekeeping (though im not sure if they have the power there) or just a secret source :S
And we dont know how Sulake operate with their furniture policy really...we just think we do. Maybe they DO have access to staff catalogue? Maybe it didnt even exist? Maybe the person who is giving out the rares has posted in this very thread? We dont know. Theres no proof to it.
